Build Rolodex from Projects

Reads the contact cards and field-staff names already on your projects and adds each person to your Rolodex. Projects are not changed. You'll see exactly who gets added before anything is saved, and it's safe to run more than once, because it only adds people who aren't there yet.

Destructive. Replaces ALL current data with the contents of a JSON file. Use only to restore from a backup; you'll be asked to confirm before the import runs.

Restore Rolodex

Destructive to contacts only. Replaces every contact in your Rolodex with the ones in a backup file. Projects are not touched. Importing a backup never overwrites a Rolodex you already have, so this is the deliberate way to do it.
